1. Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to succeed. However, due to the nature of our services (consultations, business planning, etc.), we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been provided.
If you believe that the service provided did not meet the agreed-upon expectations or was not delivered as promised, please contact us within 7 days of the service completion date. We will review your request and, if applicable, offer a solution such as an additional consultation or a modification of the service.
2. Returns
Since our services are intangible (e.g., consultations, business plans, marketing strategies, etc.), we do not accept returns. Once the service is delivered or the consultation is completed, it cannot be returned.
3. Service Modifications
If you feel that the service provided needs adjustments or updates (e.g., changes to a business plan or marketing strategy), please contact us. We are happy to discuss how we can tailor the service further to better suit your needs. We will provide such adjustments within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with the scope of the original agreement.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
